Throughout this text, the term “we” refers to the individual staff members and board members of the “Furry Underground Rave Network (FuRN)” team. Decisions are generally made at the FuRN board level, and may not always be performed by the entire FuRN team.

Registration

All registrations are final, and tickets non-refundable or transferable unless permitted expressly by a member of the FuRN team. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any registrations prior to the event taking place. If such cancellation takes place, we will do our best to issue the appropriate refunds, but reserve the right to refuse refunds under exceptional circumstances.

By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing the ticket is applicable solely to your own individual and cannot be shared or sold without prior consent from the FuRN team.

We may operate individual ID checks when entering the premises. When asked, you are required to show the appropriate documentation, or you may be refused entry to the venue, and we reserve the right to not issue a refund in these circumstances.

Forgery or attempts to enter the venue without a valid ticket may lead to refusal of entry to subsequent events run by the FuRN team.

By registering, you confirm you are of the age of 18 or over.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry of an individual if they possess items deemed as non-permissible by the venue, such as weapons.

When entering the venue, you may be asked to remove any items of clothing which may obscure your appearance or prevent a member of security from identifying you. We encourage attendees to use the appropriate spaces within the venue to change into clothing they wish to wear at the event.

Behaviour

You must treat other attendees with respect for their own person and individual rights. This includes abusive behaviour such as anti semitism, transphobia, homophobia, ageism or any other form of discrimination or violent language or actions. This rule extends to individual attendees, the FuRN team, or the venue staff. Attendees must also ask for the appropriate verbal consent from other attendees prior to any physical or verbal contact or communication between both parties, no means no and ambiguous answers or silence does not mean yes.

The FuRN team or venue management retain the right to remove any person from the premises whom they deem disruptive.

By attending the event, you agree to act in an appropriate manner, including when under the influence of any substance. Excessive drinking may result in removal from the premises.

By attending, you agree to respect and follow all rules listed separately from these by the venue itself.

By attending, you agree to not take any photographs or videos of specific individuals without their prior consent. In the event of this happening, we reserve the right to ask you to delete or remove such material, and in extreme cases, may result in appropriate legal action.

When taking breaks outside of the venue, you agree to act appropriately to the public, including keeping disruption to a minimum and respecting residents of the surrounding area.

Attendees must not undertake any action which unnecessarily increases risk or danger to any person or property.

External alcoholic beverages are forbidden to be consumed within the venue space unless explicitly permitted by a member of the FuRN team or venue staff.

Attendees are expected to follow and obey the orders of any FuRN team members or venue staff. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the premises.

Sexual acts are strictly forbidden at the event and may result in your removal from the premises.

Space may be made available for attendees to change into their outfits for the venue, we ask that photos are taken in a limited capacity in this space and prior consent is given by each individual involved in such photos.

Attendees are expected to dress in an appropriate manner. Exposure of genitalia is strictly prohibited. When leaving the premises, you must be dressed appropriately in accordance with any laws or legislation. We reserve the right to ask an individual to change or prohibit any type of clothing we deem as not appropriate for the event space. If it is permitted at a pride event, it will generally be permitted here, including, but not limited to:-

• Pup gear
• Fursuits
• Harnesses
• Body paint
• Pet suits

Property

FuRN accepts no liability for damage or theft of any personal property on the premises. Items are left at their own risk by the individual and the expectation is on the individual to ensure this personal property is looked after safely.

By attending, you agree to respect the property of the venue, the FuRN team and other individuals. Theft, damage, or non-permitted use of property not belonging to you may result in a refusal of entry to subsequent events run by FuRN, appropriate actions to recompense for any damaged property including replacement of such items and, in extreme cases, appropriate legal action taken against yourself.

Photography

As part of the event, we may take videos or photographs which can be used in appropriate marketing for subsequent events. By registering, you consent to taking part in such content and, where photos are taken of specific individuals, the FuRN team will do its best to inform the individual. You are agreeing to have your image taken, recorded, stored and reproduced.

Personal Data

To allow registration to take place, we may temporarily store personal information such as your legal name and age. This data may also be used to record a future list of potentially banned individuals. FuRN will not use this data for external marketing purposes or voluntarily pass on or sell individual personal data to third parties unless written consent has been given by the individual prior to this. However, this data may be handled or processed by third party ticket operators responsible for processing registrations. By registering, you consent to your data being stored and processed for the above reasons.

Disclaimer

The rules detailed above are for guidance of attendees and are not an extensive list of all rules and policies that may be enforced by the FuRN team. We reserve the right to update and amend these rules at any time. We also reserve the right to prohibit attendance of an individual to the event for any other reason that may not be directly specified in the above text. By registering, you accept and understand that the FuRN team reserves the right to prevent an individual attending for any reason deemed appropriate by the FuRN team. Where suitable, the FuRN team will communicate any refusal as clearly as possible, but are not explicitly required to provide such reasons in the event of your registration being prohibited or cancelled.
